YZ DESIGNS Limited (“YZ DESIGNS”) operates other websites including yzdesigns.net and websitedesign-bristol.co.uk. It is YZ DESIGNS’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, YZ DESIGNS collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected: enquiry details for up to two years, and client records for the duration of our engagement plus six years for accounting and legal purposes.
Business Transfers
If YZ DESIGNS, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired user information would be one of the assets that are transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of YZ DESIGNS may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
